Two Marriott Brands Come Together Under One Roof in Downtown Phoenix

Residence Inn and Courtyard, two well-known hotel brands under Marriott International, will live together in downtown Phoenix's all-new 20-story, 320-room high-rise hotel. 

"The Residence Inn caters to extended stay guests looking for functional yet fashionable places to live, work and play, while Courtyard offers the perfect mix of value and contemporary style for today's travelers," said Yvette Koebke, Residence Inn/Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Downtown's director of sales and marketing.

The dual-branded property will have 200 Residence Inn suites and 120 Courtyard hotel rooms. Residence Inn will offer studio suites will come with a kitchen with residential-sized appliances; a work desk and an ergonomic chair; and complimentary high-speed Internet access; dry cleaning services and an onsite guest laundry room; and a 24-hour food and beverage mart.

Located walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center, the property will feature 5,733 square feet of meeting space with the capacity to accommodate up to 270 people. Other notable features include a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and direct access to the Phoenix Light Rail System

"Each brand offers distinct amenities and services that tailor to all visitors."

Marriott has debuted similar hybrid-branded properties in the past: In December, Marriott introduced a dual-branded property in downtown Louisville, KY, and a dual-branded property in Clearwater Beach, FL, opened last August.
