Event marketing and production company Freeman has launched what it says is the industry's first fully integrated technology platform, the Freeman Technology Suite (FTS), it announced last week.
Designed to make it easier for its customers to collaborate with Freeman during the event planning process, FTS combines in a single package six proprietary interactive tools, including:
• Freeman Online: According to Freeman, Freeman Online "offers access to important show information and a simple way to order products and services online, including two new features: copy to order and a proprietary interactive electrical grid."
• Concierge Elite: Freeman describes Concierge Elite as "a mobile application that brings the service desk to exhibitors and provides show management real-time visibility to move-in and move-out activities."
• PlanTour: According to Freeman, PlanTour is a "web-based tool to plan and identify locations where banners and signage may be displayed within facilities throughout North America."
• ExhibitPlanner: Freeman describes ExhibitPlanner as "an online collaboration tool that simplifies management of exhibit programs, properties and services."
• Presentation Management: Presentation Management "streamlines the organization of electronic speaker materials at meetings, conferences and events," Freeman says.
• Passport: Freeman calls Passport a "soon-to-be-released planning tool that brings together the former Champion's Client Command Center (C3) and Freeman's iPlanner+ to offer a cutting-edge customer collaboration tool."
"At Freeman we pride ourselves on industry-leading innovation that truly addresses the needs of customers," said CEO Joe Popolo. "The Freeman Technology Suite not only vividly highlights the breadth and depth of our interactive planning and design capabilities, it also offers our customers a simple, centralized hub to access the tools they currently use as well as complementary services that enhance the planning process."
