The newest Four Seasons hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel Denver, has opened in downtown Denver, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced last week.
Located in Denver's Lower Downtown "LoDo" neighborhood, the new hotel — Denver's first Four Seasons hotel — has 239 guest rooms, 102 private residences, a 9,000-square-foot spa, a steakhouse restaurant, and a rooftop terrace and pool deck, not to mention 17,000 square feet of meeting space — including a 5,200-square-foot grand ballroom for groups of up to 350, the so-called "Cottonwood Room" for groups of up to 240 and a series of smaller meeting rooms for groups of up to 90.
"Excitement has been building as we made final preparations to welcome our first guests to the Four Seasons Hotel Denver," said General Manager Thierry Kennel.
Although it opened on Oct. 19, the new hotel will host an official grand opening party on Nov. 6, featuring Denver-based band OneRepublic.
Colorado's second Four Seasons hotel, the Four Seasons Resort Vail in Vail, Colo., is scheduled to open in December with 121 guest rooms and 8,510 square feet of meeting space.
