Impact Incentives and Meetings unveiled a subsidiary dedicated to teambuilding at the Motivation Show in Chicago last month.
The East Hanover, N.J.-based incentive house has launched Impact 4 Good, a turnkey teambuilding product with a built-in community service component. Pre-packaged, self-administering teambuilding programs ranging in time from one hour to a half day come complete with several suggested activities and detailed instructions for managers, DMCs or other activity coordinators, saving the cost of hiring and flying in a professional.
Exercises focus on building interactive relationships based on improved communication, trust and shared responsibilities.
Impact 4 Good adds a component of sustainable growth or initiatives supporting local educational institutions. For instance, one teambuilding kit has group assemble beehives, which are then donated to communities in underdeveloped areas, to help start a new industry. This is paired with room gifts for participants of honey or beeswax candles.
