bXb Online Becomes bXb Group, Acquires Culture22

Digital event provider bXb Online has reorganized itself as bXb Group LLC, a holding company consisting of BOB.tv and Culture22 Communications, the company announced this month.

Scheduled to launch at the 2013 ASAE Annual Meeting & Expo in August, BOB.tv — Best of Business Television — is an online network of aggregated video content, organized by industry, that’s currently in late-stage development. Culture22, meanwhile, is a marketing communications and interactive technology company newly acquired by bxb.
