New Zentila Solution Helps Planners Source Venues for Citywide Conventions

Venue-sourcing platform Zentila has launched a new solution for planners of citywide meetings and conventions. Called CityWide, the new technology allows planners to find and book options for large, multi-venue events by giving hotels the option to offer -- and planners the option to book -- either partial or full room blocks.

"Previously, planners have had to conduct a series of searches for multi-venue events," said Zentila CEO Mike Mason. "In many cases, they then faced the laborious task of transferring all the data onto a spreadsheet and calculating savings and spend manually to compare offers."

CityWide also gives planners the option to source and book convention centers for the first time within Zentila, and hotels the ability to generate proposals customized for different dates, allowing planners to manage and compare many offers from many venues.

"CityWide is the first technology smart enough to handle different dates, meeting venues, room blocks, concessions, and fees simultaneously," Mason concluded. "It helps planners quickly evaluate multiple offers from numerous venues to build the best possible scenario for their events."
