White Glove Group Brings Virtual Meetings to Dolce Hotels and Resorts

The White Glove Group (WGG), a New York-based provider of virtual meeting solutions, has begun offering its Hoteloquent-brand virtual meeting services at Dolce Hotels and Resorts' 27 properties worldwide, it announced this month.

WGG's Hoteloquent service allows groups to broadcast small and large meetings to remote audiences via the Internet. Virtual attendees can see and hear presenters, view PowerPoint slides, and interact with speakers by asking questions and making comments. Hotel properties, meanwhile, share in the revenue generated by Hoteloquent sessions.

"Hoteloquent is the only virtual meetings shared service on the market specifically designed as a turnkey system to generate revenue for the hospitality industry," said WGG Senior Managing Partner Christopher Miles. "At no cost to host properties whatsoever, they can now offer virtual or hybrid meetings that enhance the value of onsite meetings and make money for the property."

Although Hoteloquent is designed for hotels, resorts and conference centers, Dolce is the WGG's first international hospitality industry relationship.

"We now can offer meeting planners and our group customers the best of both worlds: state-of-the-art group facilities certified by the International Association of Conference Centers and a means to capture, deliver and preserve their meeting content for online or remote audiences worldwide," said Dolce Chief Revenue and Information Officer Barry Goldstein.
