OneLobby Launches Collaborative Event Management Software

Canadian company OneLobby has launched the beta version of its new cloud-based event management software, it announced this week.

Codenamed “Alana” in honor of Alana Hirtle, event manager at White Point Beach Resorts in Nova Scotia — one of 30 event planners who helped the company develop it — the software allows event managers and their stakeholders to collaboratively manage via the cloud all facets of the event planning process, including: logistics, task management, team communication and budgeting. What’s more, the software integrates with existing platforms such as EventBrite and Google, making it an end-to-end platform for event managers.

“Simplifying the chaos of the event planning process, OneLobby seamlessly connects team members, vendors, clients and sponsors for true event collaboration,” reads a company press release.
