Moment.me Launches Email Marketing Tool for Event Planners

Israeli startup Moment.me has created a new email marketing tool for meeting planners, it announced last week. Integrated into the company's core offering -- a free mobile platform for building event-specific microsites -- the tool allows planners to create professional event-marketing emails without knowledge of HTML by importing contacts from their email account, then using an automated tool to design multimedia messages.

"Engagement -- both before and after an event -- is a key part of any event marketing and outreach plan, and now Moment.me users will able to execute sophisticated marketing campaigns at the click of a button, without any coding knowledge whatsoever," Moment.me Chairman and Co-Founder Eilon Tirosh said in a statement.

Along with its new email marketing tool, Moment.me last week launched a new "premium conference account" option that includes special features catering to conference and trade show organizers, who can use it to add information about agendas, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors to their event websites.

"Both of our new tools are a testament to our commitment to democratize event technology to bring increased efficiency to event organizers everywhere," Tirosh said.
