A month after announcing its merger with ACTIVE Network Business Solutions
, meetings and hospitality technology company Lanyon Inc. has appointed a new CEO to lead the merged organization, it reported today.
The company’s new leader — David Bonnette — previously was CEO of BigMachines, a software company specializing in configure, pricing and quoting (CPQ) solutions.
“I am excited to be joining Lanyon during this incredible point in our company’s history,” Bonnette said in a statement. “The combination of the ACTIVE Network Business Solutions Group and SMART EVENTS Cloud solution with Lanyon’s technology is a true game-changer in our industry. I look forward to leading Lanyon and to driving unparalleled operational and strategic value for our corporate and supplier customers.”
