Trade show marketing and production company Freeman has launched a new version of FREEMAN ONLINE, its online ordering system for exhibitors, it announced last week.
A web-based tool that exhibitors can use to order Freeman products and services, FREEMAN ONLINE's latest version, FREEMAN ONLINE 4.0, includes a streamlined design that includes updated site navigation, enhanced product imagery, and improved shipping pages with new planning and scheduling tools. It also includes a customizable customer interface, for show organizers who want FREEMAN ONLINE to feature their show branding; live online chat with customer support representatives; and an expanded portfolio of A/V products and services that are now available for online purchase.
"FREEMAN ONLINE is a key component of our integrated platform of interactive tools. It is designed with one sole mission in mind: to help our customers organize and execute an exceptional event," William Collins, vice president of product development at Freeman, said in a statement. "While our product enhancements add the additional features our customers have been asking for, the redesigned platform will simplify the user experience and streamline the exhibitor experience before, during and after an event."
