Event management firm Experient has released a new, upgraded version of DecisionPoint, which delivers registration and housing analytics to event organizers, it announced this week.
Originally launched in 2009, DecisionPoint provides executive-level performance summaries and specific registration and reservation information designed to enable data-based decision making by meeting professionals. The new version, DecisionPoint 2, allows users to access analytics on the go from their mobile devices — including tablets — with document sharing, calendar and reporting features now accessible from a single dashboard.
“Data and reporting are no longer about passing around Excel spreadsheets,” Chrisse New, Experient’s vice president of project management, said in a statement. “With DecisionPoint 2, show analytics are in-hand for a real-time method of examining, manipulating and exporting data in a much more interactive way.”
