Hotel sales and marketing organization Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has launched a new iPad app for meeting professionals and incentive specialists, it announced this week.
The new app — which is free and 100 percent native, meaning it functions without an Internet connection — allows planners to explore ALHI’s portfolio of more than 160 member hotels and resorts, which collectively offer more than 115,000 guest rooms and nearly 10 million square feet of meeting space around the world. Users can search for specific properties, destinations and venues; search by hotel name, state, U.S. region, country, number of guest rooms or amount of meeting space; or browse any of ALHI’s 12 specialty segments, such as its “Golf Collection,” “Beach & Island Collection” or “Historic Collection.”
“Meeting and incentive professionals, and business executives can use the app whenever they need to quickly access information about ALHI member hotels or resorts, without having to worry about a Wi-Fi connection,” ALHI CEO David Gabri said in a statement. “This is yet another resource to make it easy for planners to coordinate their programs, in addition to our comprehensive ALHI Guide and ALHI website, and in conjunction with working with their skilled and experienced ALHI Global Sales professional.”
Meeting planners may download the ALHI app directly to their iPad by searching for “ALHI Sales” in the iTunes App Store.
