Washington, D.C.-based Krisam Group, which operates as a national sales office for member independent hotel properties, added four independent resort properties to its portfolio toward the end of 2007. The company said it generated more than 42 percent more revenues for its resort properties year over year through the three first three quarters of 2007, and projected that high-end resorts will be among the leaders in group bookings in 2008.
The new hotels in Krisam's portfolio are: The Sundance Resort, Sundance, Utah; the Resort at Pelican Hill, Newport Coast, California; the Teton Springs Lodge & Spa, Victor, Idaho; and Carefree Resort & Villas, Carefree, Arizona.
"Based on our resorts' performance in 2007 and anticipated trends going into 2008, we expect resorts focused on the group market to have continued strong demandand we look forward to helping to drive group revenue for each of our distinctive resort members," said Jim Schultenover, president of Krisam, in a company release.
