At Rymax's "Crack the Vault" event at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, FL, participants were asked to choose from one of 20 locked safes, each containing a gift inside.
Aiming to provide clients with a higher caliber of meeting offering, Rymax Marketing Services has announced the launch of a new event solution. The program promises to combine memorable and targeted event production and aspirational products and rewards, all based on analytics to ensure that the meeting engages its audience.
The Pine Brook, NJ-based loyalty marketing firm has dubbed the new offering "R-S.I.T.E. -- Rymax's Strategic Interactive Themed Events." The program aims to give meeting planners a turnkey solution for enhancing event ROI by enhancing both the product and experiential sides of an event.
"We're seeing a significant increase in companies who are seeking and utilizing these types of events and eagerness from those who desire the opportunity to make their events as unique and engaging as possible," said Paul Gordon, vice president of sales for Rymax Marketing Services, in a statement. "By pairing aspirational products with an event that appeals to all attendees, Rymax's latest events have proven to be great successes."
According to Rymax, the R-S.I.T.E. program consists of six key components. The first is Strategy, as the events will be designed using the company's analytics platform to gauge its effectiveness (measured with the company's proprietary "R-Score"). The second element is Segmentation, as Rymax will work with its clients to ensure they are targeting the event and product offerings to the various audiences in attendance, aligning them with attendee preferences based on demographics, geographic regions, and other variables.
The next component of the R-S.I.T.E. solution is Product-Driven Engagements, where Rymax marries its event planning with its deep catalog of incentive product offerings. As the largest direct manufacturer's rep in the country, the company is able to tap into a vast range of brand and product offerings to incorporate into the event. Connected to this is the fourth component -- Themed Events -- in which individuals or groups can take part in such product-oriented events as Shopping Sprees, the obstacle course-style Race for Rewards, and Amazing Race-style Ultimate Race.
The final two points of differentiation Rymax emphasizes are Customization and Staff.
By way of example, the company pointed to its recent "Crack the Vault" event for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood employees in Hollywood, FL. The incentive program was held for nearly 800 participants who qualified at mid- or high-end levels. At the event, they were asked to choose from one of 20 locked safes, each containing a gift inside. Winners also had a chance of selecting one of 10 higher priced gifts from brands such as Beats by Dre, Michael Kors, and Tag Heuer.
"We're especially proud because its success serves as an excellent example of the type of events Rymax is capable of putting together for our clients," added Gordon. "We work strategically with both the program and the venue in order to create something that appeals to the target audience on a multitude of levels by using on-trend, innovative ideas and aspirational rewards that will keep these VIP players coming back."
