The International Association of Conference Centers (IACC) has partnered with meetings technology company Cvent to raise awareness about conference centers worldwide, it announced this week.
The two organizations said they will collaborate on a series of projects designed to highlight IACC-certified properties to global meeting planners. Cvent, for instance, will include the IACC certification in properties’ listings in the Cvent Supplier Network, allowing planners to click through in order to learn more about IACC certification.
Likewise, IACC and Cvent will work together to identify prospects — customers for Cvent and members for IACC — in areas where both want to do future business, including parts of Europe, South Africa and Asia.
“We are thrilled to partner with IACC, one of the most reputable international organizations in the meetings and events industry,” Cvent Founder and CEO Reggie Aggarwal said in a statement. “We look forward to working together to deliver exceptional and innovative meeting experiences at conference centers around the world.”
