Hanley Wood, a Washington, D.C.-based publisher of BtoB magazines in the housing and construction industry, has signed a five-year contract with leading event services company Experient. The contract, which promises registration and lead retrieval services, covers 13 annual Hanley Wood events, including World of Concrete, Surfaces, and the International Pool, Spa and Patio Expo."This agreement is a huge win for Experient," Experient's Chief Customer Officer Brad Weaber said in a statement. "Hanley Wood demands execution excellence at their events and we strive to deliver experiences that exceed their standards. The length of this contract demonstrates the success of our efforts."Under the new contract, which runs through June 2012, Experient will provide advance and onsite registration services at Hanley Wood Events; it expects to produce and mail credentials for those events to an estimated 190,000 pre-registered attendees and supervise the onsite registration activities of approximately 23,000 attendees annually. What's more, it will work with 6,400 exhibitors on Hanley Wood's behalf in order to capture qualified sales leads at its industry events."We've been working with Experient since 2000," Shawn Pierce, vice president of divisional operations at Hanley Wood, said in a statement. "Before signing such a comprehensive, long-term agreement, we needed to make sure that we were working with a partner who understood our needs and could meet our sometimes tough demands. Experient has proven to be such a partner."
