Dallas -- Freeman, a leading general services contractor serving trade shows, can now communicate with international exhibitors in up to 150 languages through a translation service it has added to its offerings.
The service, provided by LLE Translation Services, of Washington, D.C., allows Freeman representatives to communicate by telephone, email, print, or even in person.
For telephone conversations, Freeman reps can call LLE and reach an interpreter for a three-way phone call within one minute.
Freeman can also request show-specific language help. So when a show has a large attendance of people speaking a particular language, interpreters can also attend and translate terminology specific to the event's industry.
"Show managers really want to encourage international exhibitors to come and participate in U.S.-based events, and our translation service is one way to support that involvement," said Katy Wild, Freeman's senior vice president of customer relations.
The service is available in all Freeman offices in the United States and Canada. The company maintains 26 offices across North America.
