Event management company Experient, which grew its team of account managers by 36 percent in 2010 — each of them averaging over $2.3 million in room revenue production for the year — has once again grown its sales force with the addition of 11 new Experient National Account Managers (ENAMs), it announced yesterday.
Part of a strategic growth initiative within the Twinsburg, Ohio-based company, the expansion brings the Experient Sales Network to a total of 70 ENAMs throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, enabling Experient to provide its customers with "increased accessibility and support" in pursuit of "outstanding" customer service.
"We are fortunate to have the opportunity to add so many experienced industry professionals to our team," said Andy Smith, senior vice president of the Experient Sales Network. "These individuals will be integral in providing Experient customers with the best possible resources and service, which is key to maintaining our position as the industry leader."
