Carlson Marketing's Beauchine to Chair NBTA Foundation

Fay Beauchine, executive vice president of engagement & events for Minneapolis-based Carlson Marketing has been named chair of the National Business Travel Association Foundation. The foundation is the education and research arm of NBTA and provides the business travel industry with research, scholarships and educational programs.

Beauchine, a former Northwest Airlines sales executive, currently co-chairs the 2008 Masters Program, a forum for senior executives in the corporate travel industry, according to an NBTA release. Beauchine has also served as a trustee for the Society of Incentive Travel Executives Foundation and NBTA. She is past president of SITE and past chair of the Greater Minneapolis Convention and Visitors Association. Beauchine has been named three times by Business Travel News as one of the business travel industry's top 25 most influential executives.

"With an outstanding board of industry leaders, we will continue to enhance the success the foundation has built—an unparalleled scholarship program and unique research projects that benefit NBTA members, foundation donors, and the industry as a whole," she said in the release.
