CORT Event Furnishings, which provides furniture, lighting and accessories rentals for meetings and events, is making its contemporary luxury brand — Lounge22 Powered by CORT — available nationwide, it announced this week.
Consisting of modern upscale furnishings, including chairs, barstools, sofas and tables, pieces from CORT's Lounge22 collection have been used at a variety of high-profile events, ranging from the G20 Summit to the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.
Manufactured in Los Angeles, the collection recently was expanded to include several new product offerings that "echo the trend in luxury products toward using exotic faux animal print textiles in surprising ways," including tables, seats and barstools with faux alligator and python skins in several colors.
"Top event planners constantly seek the next big thing in event design by following the trends in fashion and other luxury goods," said Kevin Dana, director of marketing and product development for CORT Trade Show & Event Furnishings. "The new collections came out of our Design Lab and demonstrate that Lounge22 continues to lead the industry with edgy new furnishings that take the brand 'Into the Wild.'"
