CORT Event Furnishings, which provides furniture, lighting and accessories rentals for meetings and events, has expanded its contemporary luxury brand — Lounge22 Powered by CORT — to Atlanta, New Orleans, Baltimore and Washington, D.C., it announced last week.
"Event planners throughout the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic regions are creating high-profile events that require cutting edge product collections like the Lounge22 luxury brand," said Chuck Alderman, district general manager in Atlanta. "As these markets become increasingly important in the event industry, CORT is proud to provide them with modern event furniture."
Consisting of modern upscale furnishings, including chairs, bars, sofas and tables, pieces from CORT's Lounge22 collection have been used at a variety of high-profile events, ranging from the G20 Summit to the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. Manufactured in Los Angeles, the collection already is available for rent in California, Las Vegas, Phoenix, New York, Boston, Texas and Chicago, as well as throughout the Midwest and Pacific Northwest.
