Wynn Resorts President to Step Down

Las Vegas, Nevada-based casino resort operator Wynn Resorts Ltd. (WYNN) said that Ronald Kramer, its president and a director of the company will leave the company, effective March 31. Kramer will join Griffon Corp. (GFF) as its chief executive officer, effective April 1. Kramer will succeed Harvey Blau at Griffon, who is retiring and will continue to serve as non-executive chairman of the board.

Kramer, who has served as president and a director since October 2002, also served as president of Wynn Resorts Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Wynn Resorts, from April to October 2002. Kramer has been Griffon's director since 1993 and vice chairman of the board of Griffon since November 2003.
