In partnership with MD Destinations, which will serve as their official consult, a select group of 11 Ritz-Carlton hotels will now offer kosher catering services for groups, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company announced today.
At each of the Ritz-Carlton hotels — The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island; The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta; The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead; The Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove, Miami; The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman; The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, Miami; The Ritz-Carlton, Naples; The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Golf; The Ritz-Carlton, New York, Battery Park; The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota; and The Ritz-Carlton, Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve — MD Destinations, which is certified by the Orthodox Union, will provide on-property Rabbinical supervision, equipment and guidance to ensure sanctioned kosher events.
“We are thrilled to work with MD Destinations,” Gary Grove, regional vice president of sales and marketing for Ritz-Carlton’s Eastern Region, said in a statement. “This alliance will allow us to offer premium authentic kosher selections to groups that seek memorable experiences with authenticity.”
