Marriott Simplifies Meetings Menus

Washington -- Marriott International yesterday announced new menus at its Marriott and Renaissance hotels that are designed to simplify the selection process for meeting and event planners.

In one document, planners can now select from an a la carte menu of meeting choices, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, breaks, and receptions. Planners can now also more easily customize and email their menus.

"Our new menus are an extension of the new look and feel of our brands," said Bruno Lunghi, Marriott International's vice president of event management. "They are stylish, distinctive, functional and customer-friendly."

The new menus were designed based on a suvey of meeting and event customers.
