Celebs Descend on New Opryland Nightclub

The South's landmark resort, Nashville's Gaylord Opryland, celebrated the opening last weekend of its newest and now trendiest party venue, Fuse nightclub, which drew a crowd of A-list celebrities for a red carpet bash on July 13.

Among the celebrity guests at Fuse's inaugural event were Kid Rock, who served as the evening's D.J., as well as reality TV star Kim Kardashian, singer Nick Carter, American Idol finalist Diana Degarmo, country star Ty Herndon, HGTV's "Sparkle" Josh Johnson, country trio Lady Antebellum, Tennessee Titans kicker Rob Bironas and Miss America 2004 Ericka Dunlap.

"To have this scale of a club—this ritzy, glamorous club—it's what this town has needed," said country music star Trent Tomlinson, who attended the event. "This town has always been like L.A. without the tan. Now we've got the tan."

Far from Nashville's standard event venue, Fuse nightclub offers 14,000 square feet of space designed by international nightclub architect Jeffrey Beers. It features reactive imagery, go-go dancers and a misting vodka locker with more than 60 top-shelf brands and cocktails, not to mention several VIP coves with concierge service.
