ASAE Announces Omni as New Event Partner

The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) has signed a three-year contract with Omni Hotels & Resorts, making the hotelier its newest event partner, it announced last week. According to ASAE, its event partnerships offer industry partners "the opportunity to help build and maintain year-round relationships with ASAE members and the association community across the nation."

"ASAE is excited to welcome Omni Hotels & Resorts as an ASAE event partner," said ASAE President and CEO John H. Graham IV. "This is a great opportunity for our members to learn more about Omni Hotels & Resorts and their expansion into building quality convention center hotels across the country. It also provides Omni a chance to learn more about the latest trends impacting the association community as well as continuing to build relationships with our members."

The Omni Dallas Hotel, which opened in November 2011 and connects to the Dallas Convention Center, serves as one of the official hotels for the 2012 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition. The Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta and the Omni Nashville Hotel, both across from their convention centers, will serve as one of the official hotels for the 2013 and 2014 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition, respectively.

"We are thrilled to be a part of ASAE through this unique alliance," said Tom Santora, chief marketing officer and senior vice president of sales for Omni Hotels & Resorts. "This is an exceptional opportunity for Omni to gain a deeper understanding of what ASAE members want from a luxury hotel brand, which will help us improve the experience while also sharing the value of our brand to the association community."
