This fall the Winvian will unveil a 113-acre resort estate bordered by a 4,000-acre wildlife sanctuary preserve. It will feature 18 cottages, a 5,000-sf spa, a boardroom that can accommodate up to 22 people, and a special events venue that can hold up to 150. Some activities on the property include: hot air ballooning, tree climbing lessons, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, wine and cheese tastings, and croquet.
