The Great Wolf Lodge debuted last September in the Talking Stick Entertainment District. The family-friendly property offers 350 guest rooms, 6,500 square feet of meeting space, an 85,000-square-foot indoor water park and a 27,000-square-foot entertainment center.
Opening in 2021 is the 266-room Caesars Republic Scottsdale, the first U.S. nongaming property from Caesars Entertainment. Among the amenities will be a 7,000-square-foot ballroom that will open onto an adjacent lawn. Being built in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, the property will be within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
The 732-room Westin Kierland Resort & Spa is undergoing a room renovation, which will wrap up in December 2020. The property has 41 event rooms and more than 132,000 square feet of event space.
