Fresh off the opening of its first hotel in Chicago, Sir Richard Branson's new hotel brand, Virgin Hotels, has revealed design details for its second outpost, Virgin Hotels Nashville, it announced yesterday.
Scheduled to open in fall 2016, Virgin Hotels Nashville will be located at the entrance to Nashville's historic Music Row, with the address One Music Row. It will have 240 guest rooms; 15 penthouse residential units; a hybrid bar/lounge, study, and restaurant; a centerpiece bar; a live entertainment venue; a recording studio; a rooftop pool; a gym and wellness center; and 14,000 square feet of meeting space.
"With Virgin Hotels Chicago now open and bustling, we're thrilled to reveal our plans for our next property, Virgin Hotels Nashville," Virgin Hotels CEO Raul Leal said in a statement. "Partnering with [architects] BLUR Workshop and interior design firm MarkZeff has enabled us to incorporate our musical heritage and playful tone of voice into this new building, bringing something entirely different to the Nashville hotel scene."
After Nashville, Virgin Hotels will open its third hotel in New York. Other planned locations include Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Austin, Seattle, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and London.
