Tulalip Resort Casino Introduces Destination Spa in Washington State

One of the Northwest's newest meetings destinations, the Tulalip Resort Casino in Tulalip, Wash., has announced the grand opening of its new spa, the full-service T Spa. With 14,000 square feet of space, the T Spa features unique services that combine traditional spa treatments with native-inspired rituals, culled from the Tulalip Tribes for which the resort is named.

"The T Spa experience is designed to reflect the tribal influences of the region," T Spa Director Norma Hughes said in a statement. "Native-inspired treatments, along with an environment that emphasizes the relaxing elements of the Northwest, provide a setting where our guests can leave the chaos of the outside world behind and emerge feeing rejuvenated, refreshed and renewed."

T Spa offers 16 treatment rooms, including separate men's and women's lounges featuring eucalyptus steam rooms, cedar saunas and grotto showers. Among the traditional services provided are massage—massage rooms feature double-sided fireplaces, chromatherapy showers and double massage beds—baths, manicures and pedicures. Native-inspired treatments, meanwhile, include mud baths, deep-tissue massages, facials and body soaks using herbs and minerals.

The Tulalip Resort Casino opened this summer with 370 rooms and 30,000 square feet of meeting space, which makes it an ideal destination for spa meetings and incentives in the Northwest. For more information, visit www.tulalipcasino.com.
