Tucson's Westward Look Resort Unveils $14M Renovation

Westward Look Resort in Tucson, Ariz., has completed a $14 million renovation of its lobby, guest rooms, meeting space and more, it announced last month.

The renovation—designed to update "the look and feel of virtually every resort area," according to the hotel—was inspired by the resort's desert surroundings. It resulted in new furnishings in the hotel's lobby; new bedding and bathrooms in its 241 guest rooms; and new audio/visual technology in its 16 meeting rooms, which total more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space.

The hotel also has modernized each of its three swimming pools, redesigned its Web site and added a new onsite restaurant, called GOLD, that's set to open next month.
