Three's a Charm: Marriott's Triple-Branded Hotel Debuts in Nashville


Marriott International's first new property to combine three brands under one roof has opened in Nashville, across from the Music City Convention Center. The 21-story, $140 million new-build features three Marriott brands: a 209-room AC Hotel, a 136-suite Residence Inn and a 125-suite SpringHill Suites.

The property underscores Marriott's growing number of multibrand offerings that can cater to several customer segments at one convenient location. The company now has 98 dual-branded properties, with 144 more under development worldwide.

"Music City is the perfect place for Marriott to make history with its first triple-brand property," said Eric Jacobs [], Marriott's chief development officer, select and extended-stay brands. "Bringing these three differentiated brands together will help travelers find the perfect accommodation - whether they are in Nashville to explore the city's famed honky-tonks and exploding restaurant scene, complete a work assignment, attend a convention or perhaps even accommodate a large group with different needs, such as a family reunion."
