The Hotel Valley Ho recently opened a new restaurant, Trader Vics. The Polynesian-style restaurant uses farm-fresh ingredients from local purveyors. Up to 150 people can be seated in the main dining room, which overlooks lush tropical gardens. The Luau Room is a semi-private dining area that seats up to 35 people.
