Seagate Hotel Preps for November Debut

Seagate Hospitality Group is putting the final touches on the Seagate Hotel & Spa, set to debut in Delray Beach, Fla., in November. Randall Stofft of Stofft Architects is designing the 162-key building, while local designer Chris Leighton of the Leighton Design Group is responsible for the casual, contemporary interiors.

Anchoring the lobby is a 5,000-gallon aquarium populated with colorful sea life, complemented by natural elements, sea-inspired fixtures, and custom furniture. Guestrooms will feature furnishings from the upscale Wendall Castle Collection; meanwhile, three spa suites incorporate an infinity Jacuzzi tub, glass-enclosed Kohler Waterhaven shower, and marble and river rock bath.

The Atlantic Grille will offer a signature dining experience helmed by executive chef Adam Gottlieb, formerly of the Palm Beach Yacht Club in West Palm Beach. The 8,000-square-foot Seagate Spa will have seven treatment rooms, as well as a fitness center. Other amenities include the Aqua Boutique, and gift/gourmet shop, and meeting space.
