The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland has begun a three-phase renovation designed to "reflect the vibrations of an expanding, energetic Cleveland," the hotel announced last week.
Phase one of the renovations will grace the hotel with a recrafted arrival area and newly renovated ballrooms, as well as an upgraded fitness center and a newly remodeled seventh floor -- home to the majority of the hotel's meeting rooms, all of which will be updated. The arrival area and ballrooms will be complete by November 2016, and the fitness center and meeting rooms by January 2017.
Scheduled for completion by April 2017, phase two of the renovations will encompass the hotel's 206 guest rooms, each of which will be upgraded with a new interior inspired by Lake Erie, as well as new technology enhancements. Highlights include new ultra-luxury mattresses, televisions, and TV streaming technology, which was added to guest rooms earlier this month.
The renovation's final phase, scheduled for completion by June 2017, will include a new dining concept, not to mention a new front office, lobby, and concierge experience.
The hotel will remain open throughout its renovation.
