The Regent South Beach will be a five-story luxury condo hotel, featuring 80 oversized guest suites with spacious balconies. Thirty-six of the units will offer expansive patios with private Roman hot tubs. Celebrity chef Govind Armstrong will debut Table 8 - South Beach, sister restaurant to his trendy Table 8 – Los Angeles.
At the spa, the South Beach property will offer a signature “Hot Tub Detox” treatment designed to cleanse the body and release toxins from the system through tonics, hydrotherapy, heat and relaxation.
