Delft- Golden Tulip Hospitality and Inter IKEA Systems B.V. have joined to develop a Tulip Inn next to the IKEA Concept Center in Delft. Both companies have a team of experts developing the interior and exterior plans of the hotel. Ownership of the hotel will belong to IKEA but the operationof the 140-room Tulip Inn will be managed by Golden Tulip on a long-term, lease basis. Opening is planned for the end of 2007.
