Orlando- The Doubletree Guest Suites features new beds in all of its 229 guest suites. The hotel also has installed new queen-size, convertible sofa beds in the living room of each suite, curved shower curtain rods in the bathrooms, new clock radios with MP3 capabilities, remote printing from the guest rooms, and complimentary WiFi in all public areas.

- The Hotel Royal Plaza opened in January after undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation project. The property's 396 guest rooms, meeting space, and public areas have received a complete makeover since closing in 2004 due to damage caused by Hurricane Charley. The hotel now features wireless Internet access as well.

- The Florida Mall Hotel, formerly known as the Adams Mark, is repositioning itself into a first-class meeting destination. It is presently undergoing a $23 million renovation and expansion and will be complete by mid- 2006. When completed, the hotel will be able to accommodate conferences of 1,200 or intimate meetings of 20 or less. Total meeting space will increase by 20,000 square feet, to be comprised of 23 meeting rooms, including three ballrooms and four executive boardrooms. Pre-function areas will total 4,500 square feet.

- Doubletree Guest Suites in the Walt Disney World Resort has completed a $2 million renovation to the hotel's guest rooms, pool area, landscaping, and meeting rooms. It has installed the new Sweet Drems by Doubletree Sleep Experience in all 229 guest rooms. Renovations will continue in 2006 with the remodeling of the Buena Vista ballroom and lobby renovations.
