Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head Island, SC, has completed the final phase of a $17 million rejuvenation, it announced last week.
While previous phases of the renovation encompassed the resort's front entrance, lobby, meeting facilities, fitness center, pool, and spa, the latest phase centered around its 323 studio suite accommodations, each of which was updated with new flooring, kitchens, furniture, and décor.
"Hilton Head Island is undergoing a renaissance, and we are proud to be a big part of that transformation," Warren Woodard, director of sales and marketing at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, said in a statement. "With the latest redesign of our studio suites, we offer travelers the best accommodations and a taste of rich Lowcountry flavor with our many cultural experiences, including world-class golf, sugar sand beaches, exceptional family adventures, and unique eco-friendly activities."
Omni Hilton Head's renovation is only the latest enhancement to Hilton Head Island, which in the past two years has seen more than $400 million infused into its economic developments, including neighboring resorts and the Shelter Cover Towne Centre, a nearby lifestyle village offering restaurants, shops, and boutiques.
