New York's Eventi Hotel Launches New Meetings App

New York’s Eventi hotel has introduced a new mobile app for its group customers, owner Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants announced this month. The customizable app, the PSAV Mobile Meeting Manager (M3), can be used to provide event information to attendees via their smartphone or tablet. For instance, the app can host meeting agendas, speaker lists, attendee lists, a venue map and a social media platform, as well as information about the hotel’s services and amenities for use by attendees during downtime.

“M3 is exceeding the expectations of meeting planners and attendees at Eventi Hotel,” Eventi General Manager Robert Andrews said in a statement. “Not only does the application add a new level of technological integration for meetings at our hotel, it adds connectivity among event attendees and planners through our social media platform. The staff at Eventi are trained to show guests just how to get the most from this app so that all attendees are engaged and providing direct feedback to planners.”
