The Duane Street Hotel is expected to open in Tribeca in January. Each of the 45 room in the upscale lifestyle boutique will feature hardwood floors, 100% Egymptian cooton linens, twice-daily maid service, individual climate-control, high-speed wired Internet (with wireless available throughout the hotel), flat screen HD televisions, CD/DVD plaers, and expandable work desks. The hotel also boasts 'beca, a 40-seat restaurant, a 24-hour Business Center, and in-room spa services.
