Situated a few blocks from the Hampton Roads Convention Center, the development will feature a full-service hotel with 200 to 300 rooms and a 2,000-seat theater.Macy's, JC Penney and Barnes & Noble are part of what is planned to be over 1 million square feet of retail, dining, office and residential space.
