The Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center in Fairfield, New Jersey, has finished its $12 million makeover. The redesigned lobby offers a new library, living room, business center, and multiple fireplaces. Chives restaurant—outfitted with a living room, lounge with fireplace, and a private dining room—utilizes locally grown ingredients. Refreshed guestrooms feature new carpet, drapes, artwork, soft seating, lighting, bathroom enhancements, and an ergonomic work station. In addition, the hotel re-created its 16,000 square feet of meeting space.
