The JW Marriott Miami Marquis is on track to debut in the middle of next year. The Miami offices of RTKL are responsible for the hotel's design. The hotel's 357 guestrooms will feature luxury bedding, a pillow menu, in-room computer with internet access, 50-inch flatscreen TV, personal electronics connectivity panel, a TV embedded in the bathroom mirror, and an in-room espresso maker. Three dining options are available, including db Bistro Moderne by French chef Daniel Boulud.
The 19th and 20th floors will be home to an outdoor swimming pool, a 10,000-square-foot NBA-approved basketball court, Jim McLean Golf School with virtual golf and golf lessons, a bowling alley, media room, billiard room, fitness center, and luxury spa. Additional amenities include a private access executive level and lounge, business center, cigar shop, wine shop, and gourmet coffee bar. The hotel is also poised for meetings and events big and small with more than 80,000 square feet of flexible space.
The JW Marriott will also be home to the exclusive Hotel Beaux Arts Miami. Situated on the 38th floor and offering city and bay views, the hotel provides guests with their own private check-in and personal escort to 44 lavishly decorated guestrooms and suites that feature plush bedding, Bang & Olufsen video and sound systems, hardwood floors, and Italian marble bathrooms.Source: Hospitality Design Magazine
