Dallas, Texas - Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced that it will manage a new 120-room luxury hotel and 90 branded residences which are planned to open in 2009 called Victory Park. It is a 75-acre, mixed-use project with a Tower housing 75,000 square feet of retail shopping and 275,000 square feet of commercial office space. It will feature 9,000 square feet of meeting space, a 30,00 sf spa with spa cafe, and six dining and cocktail venues including a signature restaurant and an all-day dining facility.
