Westmark Hotels, a subsidiary of Holland America Line, announces open season on Alaskan Hospitality. A new 135-room lodge in Denali will be unveiled May 19, 2006, just in time to host Holland America Line CruiseTour, Gray Line of Alaska and independent guests.
The 44-room addition at Westmark Dawson City is also ready for guests. Westmark Hotels is the largest hotel group in Alaska and the Yukon Territory, with 11 hotels in 10 communities, providing services to business and leisure tour travelers. Six properties — located in Skagway, Tok, Denali, Whitehorse (Klondike Inn), Dawson City and Beaver Creek are open mid-May through mid-September. Travelers to Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Whitehorse and Sitka will find a warm Northern welcome 12 months a year.

This new three-story property will be managed by Aramark, who also manages McKinley Chalets in Denali, a property that Holland America Line and Gray Line Tour has been booking guests at for years.
