A $10 million conversion of St. Louis's first motel has resulted in a Hotel Indigo, one of three properties the brand plans in the city. The former Bel Air West Motel, which is included on the National Register of Historic Places, features restored architectural and historic details. Guestrooms offer hard-surface flooring with area rugs, plush bedding, and a spa-inspired bath. Other amenities include the Phi Bar and Bistro, a business center, and 1,100-plus square feet of meeting space.
