GuestHouse International Makes Wisconsin Debut in Green Bay

GuestHouse International Hotels, Inns & Suites has opened its first-ever property in Wisconsin, parent company Boomerang Hotels announced last week. Located in Green Bay, Wisc., in a mixed-use development known as Millennium Park, the GuestHouse International Hotel and Suites Green Bay features 80 rooms and 840 square feet of meeting space.

"We believe that we've created a distinctive and exciting hotel for out Green Bay market," Lance Broberg, the hotel's manager, said in a statement. "Our contemporary design, variety of room types and unique combination of amenities have set us apart from our select-service competitors."

The Green Bay GuestHouse offers two meeting rooms—each 420 square feet—that can be combined in order to accommodate up to 60 attendees. In addition, the hotel has partnered with a local casino, the Oneida Casino, in order to provide gaming packages and show tickets for guests, including meeting attendees.

Guestrooms, meanwhile, include extended stay suites, as well as family suites that sleep up to six guests. All include free wireless Internet and 32-inch LCD TVs, and some include fireplaces and whirlpools.
