The Greater Green Bay Convention & Visitors Bureau in Green Bay, Wis., has been awarded accreditation from the Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI) as part of its Destination Marketing Accreditation Program (DMAP), it recently announced.
"The Greater Green Bay CVB is honored to receive the Destination Marketing Accreditation from DMAP," Greater Green Bay CVB President Brad Toll said in a statement. "With over 120 years travel industry experience, our staff has earned deserved recognition. Families, convention-goers and sports events that come to town are provided outstanding service; that's a big part of why visitors make return trips to Greater Green Bay."
DMAP accreditation is awarded for a period of five years to destination marketing organizations (DMOs) that successfully complete a rigorous application process proving their compliance with 54 mandatory standards and 33 voluntary ones, all designed to ensure a quality customer experience.
"By applying for and receiving accreditation, the Greater Green Bay CVB has demonstrated a commitment to quality programs and services," said DMAP Board Chair Diana Lawson, FCDME. "We are proud to recognize the Greater Green Bay CVB for its achievement."
